These terms apply to every brand kit order from The Ink Rocket, a sole proprietorship owned by Kevin Bowen. By checking the box at checkout, you agree to them. Last updated November 4, 2026.

Price

• A brand kit is $199, one price, every file included. No tiers, no license fee, no upsells. No subscription, no saved card, nothing ever renews.

Paying

• 50% deposit to start. The balance is due before we send clean files. Drafts are watermarked and low-res until then.
• You pay through our secure Stripe link. We never save your card. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
• Before you pay, you check a box to agree to these terms and confirm you are 18 or older.

Money back

• Don't like any of the first 12 ideas? You get your whole deposit back.
• Just reply "refund" within 7 days, before you pick a favorite. That is the only cutoff.
• It goes back to your card as money, never store credit.
• One deposit refund per customer.
• No refunds after clean files are delivered.

Our promises

• 12 rough ideas within 24 business hours, or $20 off your balance.
• Unlimited changes for 14 days from your first drafts, and two free fresh starts in that window.
• We reply within 1 business day, and a real person signs every email.
• Originality guarantee: every design gets a reverse-image check and a trademark look-alike check, and is never reused for another customer. If it turns out to copy something, we redo it free or refund you.
• Lost your files? We re-send them free, any time, forever.

Changes and approval

• One email is one round of changes. Put everything in that email.
• One person approves designs. If we get mixed directions, we wait for that person.
• Your final is locked when you reply "Approved" to a proof showing every word and number.
• Anything beyond the kit is priced before we start. You never get a surprise charge.

Timing

• The 24-hour clock starts once we have your deposit and your answers. We work Monday to Friday, not holidays.
• If you were slow to reply (more than 2 business days) and we have done 3 rounds or fewer, you get one free 7-day extension. After that it is $25 per extra week.
• 30 days with no reply closes the project. We remind you first. We keep the deposit, and reopening costs $25.

Ownership

• You own the files and get exclusive use. We never resell or reuse your design.
• We use AI tools to help draft, and a person finishes every design, so we do not promise copyright protection.
• Before delivery we search USPTO trademark records for look-alikes. It is a basic check, not legal clearance.

What we won't do

• Printing and embroidery are your shop's job. We'll help your printer once, free.
• No copies of other companies' logos. Funny is fine, family-friendly only.
• No political or adult work.
• We can turn down any project, or end one if messages get abusive. Turned down before work starts means a full refund.

Who and how

• US businesses only. Email only, no phone calls.
• We may show your finished design as a sample unless you tell us not to.
